Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all N V L T Y tags and labels are still attached and intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected at our warehouse.
